An American classic, cheesecake is a dessert that dates back through time to the old days of Greek and Roman times. It wasn't until the early 1900s in New York when the first cheesecake recipe made from cream cheese first popped onto the scene and the rest is history. Enjoy this delicious version from Spice Islands.
