A rich and peppery steak that’ll put some pep in your step.



  • 1. Combine water, oil, vinegar, marinade mix, coffee and coriander in a resealable plastic bag.
  • 2. Add steaks. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade.
  • 3. Grill steaks over direct medium heat with the lid closed as much as possible. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until steaks are desired doneness.
  • 4. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
