Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. CST.  Orders received after 3 p.m. CST will ship the next business day. Low stock or custom orders will ship within 14 business days.

 

Free Shipping Promotion Policy

Promotion Eligibility
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement advertised at the time of checkout when a valid free shipping promo code is entered.  Free shipping is valid only on orders shipped within the United States only.

Eligible Shipping Methods
Free shipping applies only to standard shipping methods, including:
USPS Ground Advantage & UPS Ground

Shipping carriers and services are selected at our discretion based on order size, weight, and destination.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited, priority, or express shipping options are not included in the free shipping promotion. Customers who wish to use expedited shipping must select and pay for that option at checkout. Expedited shipping will not be provided for free, even if the order otherwise qualifies for free shipping.

Order Enforcement
Orders that apply a free shipping promo code while selecting a non-standard or unpaid expedited shipping method may be cancelled.

Promo codes apply to shipping charges only and have no cash value.
