    Shipping & Delivery 

    Orders can be shipped anywhere in the world. APO/FPO shipping available. Email us for details. Pantryful.com orders are shipped through Diversified Distributing, located in Des Moines, Iowa. Our contact phone number is 877-453-1638.

              Timeframes shown for delivery timeframes in checkout are estimates.  These are not guaranteed delivery times.  For guaranteed delivery timeframes, please select an option such as UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

    Pantryful.com shipments are sent via UPS and USPS. UPS will not ship to a post office box. Therefore, you must supply a physical address for shipment. Our business hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. We work very hard to get your product to you promptly. Most orders are shipped within two business days. All orders ship within 14 business days.
    Products that fall within 90 days of the Best By date listed on the labels will not be shipped.  Any products with more than 90 days on the Best By date on the label will still be shipped out if ordered.  We will always do our best to give you the best dated product we can while maintaining a FIFO (First In, First Out) process.

    Returns & Replacements

    Pantryful.com guarantees your satisfaction. The product you receive should arrive to you in great condition. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please call or email us. Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase.
    When returning a product, please include your name, address, and invoice number. If you are unable to locate your invoice, just give our customer service people a call at 877-453-1638. We'll work through it together.

    Upon receipt of this return, we will refund you the product price minus any shipping costs.
    Please inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident please make note of the condition. Any claim for damaged or missing products must be made within five business days. Save the packaging, contact us, and we'll work through it together.
