Orders can be shipped anywhere in the world. APO/FPO shipping available. Email us for details.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. CST.  Orders received after 3 p.m. CST will ship the next business day.

Low stock or custom orders will ship within 14 business days.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Free Shipping is available for orders totaling $49 - $299 and are shipped within the continental U.S.  This excludes international orders, Hawaii and Alaska.  Free Shipping is not applicable to orders using coupon codes or other special offers.  

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will wait for the item to come into stock. When the item becomes available we will ship your entire order. 

We work very hard to get your product to you promptly. Most orders are shipped within two business days. All orders ship within 14 business days.


Pantryful.com guarantees your satisfaction. The product you receive should arrive to you in great condition. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please call or email us. Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of purchase.

When returning a product, please include your name, address, and invoice number. If you are unable to locate your invoice, just give our customer service people a call at 877-453-1638. We'll work through it together.

Upon receipt of this return, we will refund you the product price minus any shipping costs.  Opened or damaged product will be ineligible for a refund due to safety concerns.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident please make note of the condition. Pictures are a great way to help capture the evidence. Any claim for damaged or missing products must be made within five business days. Save the packaging, contact us, and we'll work through it together.
